Sarah Banda-Genchev is a sustainability strategist and climate leader with extensive experience in forest governance, nature-based solutions, and international development. She has led high-level engagements across multilateral platforms and mobilized significant funding for land restoration, Indigenous partnerships, and community-based initiatives. With a strong background in institutional strengthening and resource mobilization, she has built strategic alliances with governments, donors, and private sector actors. As Founder of Sustainsy International, she structures climate and nature investments that connect local implementation in Africa with global capital, ensuring environmental integrity, financial credibility, and long-term impact.

Simon Banda is a Human Rights and Sustainability Specialist with over 14 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, human rights due diligence, and responsible agricultural and trade value chains. He has worked with GIZ, Fairtrade International, COLEAD, and the World Fair Trade Organization across Southern Africa, supporting ESG integration, deforestation-free supply chains, gender equality, and social safeguards. His expertise spans policy guidance, multi-stakeholder facilitation, and development of practical training tools. Simon combines strong analytical skills with field-based implementation experience to strengthen sustainable trade systems, corporate accountability, and community-centered development outcomes.
